Our Atelier Kitchen Waterford was designed to suit the proportions of the room, this kitchen embraces a galley-style layout where every element is carefully considered. With no space for a central island, the design focuses on maximising the long runs of cabinetry, creating generous work surfaces and efficient storage along both sides of the room.

Modern features are thoughtfully blended with our signature traditional detailing, resulting in a kitchen that feels both refined and highly functional. The layout allows for smooth movement throughout the space while maintaining the clean symmetry and elegant balance that defines our Atelier Kitchen Waterford.

Bespoke Cabinetry

From a pot filler tap to a downdraft hob, and from traditional plaster coving to striking Crittall-style doors, every detail of this Atelier Kitchen project in Waterford was carefully considered and thoughtfully executed. We truly enjoyed exploring the finer elements of the design, analysing colour palettes and refining proportions until everything felt perfectly balanced.

As with all of our projects, with our Atelier Kitchen Waterford, symmetry played a key role in shaping the final layout, bringing a sense of order, calm, and timeless elegance to the space. Each component was positioned with purpose, ensuring the kitchen feels both visually harmonious and highly functional.

The Crittall-style display cabinets, finished with reeded glass and positioned on either side of the downdraft hob, create a stunning focal point within the room. These bespoke units offer a beautiful balance between display and storage, allowing selected pieces to be showcased while maintaining a clean, uncluttered aesthetic.

Together, these design choices reflect our commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and thoughtful planning, resulting in a kitchen that is rich in character, refined in detail, and perfectly tailored to its surroundings.

Curved Cabinetry for Seamless Flow

Without space for a central island, this kitchen was carefully designed to maximise functionality, storage, and workflow while maintaining a strong visual presence. Positioned in a busy walkway between two doorways, the layout required a thoughtful approach to ensure smooth movement between rooms.

To soften the flow and avoid sharp corners in this high-traffic area, curved cabinetry was introduced, creating a more natural, comfortable transition through the space. This bespoke detail not only enhances safety and usability, but also adds a subtle architectural feature to the overall design.

Handcrafted cabinetry provides generous storage throughout, keeping worktops clear and the room feeling calm and uncluttered. Integrated appliances and tall housing units create a seamless, built-in look, while enhancing accessibility and ease of use.

Elegant Utility with Thoughtful Details

This beautifully designed utility room combines everyday practicality with refined craftsmanship and carefully chosen finishes. Featuring bespoke cabinetry throughout, the space offers generous storage while maintaining a clean, uncluttered appearance.

An antique swan neck tap adds a touch of traditional character, perfectly complemented by the classic cabinetry handles and soft-toned finishes. Subtle wall lights introduce warmth and ambience, elevating the space beyond a purely functional room and creating a welcoming, well-balanced environment.

A stacked LG washer and dryer unit has been seamlessly integrated into the layout, maximising floor space while ensuring convenience and efficiency for daily use. Worktop and sink areas have been thoughtfully positioned to support washing, sorting, and storage, making the room highly practical for busy households.

This utility room demonstrates how careful planning, quality materials, and attention to detail can transform a hardworking space into a stylish and cohesive extension of the home.
